    ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN & REFUND

    • If your product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete at the time of delivery, please contact us within 48 hours. Your item may be eligible for a refund or replacement, depending on its category and condition
    • Returns are not accepted for a change of mind after placing the order.

    VALID REASONS TO RETURN AN ITEM

    • Delivered product is damaged (physically broken or not working).
    • Delivered product is incorrect (specifications don't match the website) or incomplete (missing parts).
    • The size of the product doesn't match what was ordered.

    REASONS NOT VALID FOR RETURN

    • You no longer need the product.
    • You changed your mind after placing the order.

    TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR RETURN

    • Product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
    • All original tags, user manuals, warranty cards, accessories, and freebies must be included.
    • Product must be returned in its original and undamaged packaging

    REFUND PROCESS

    • The product must first be returned via courier.
    • Once we receive the item (within 2–3 working days) and it passes quality inspection (1–2 working days), your refund will be processed within 7 working days.
    • In rare cases, delays may occur due to courier or transportation issues.
